If you would like to have your department or your name embroidered on this item please type in the space provided the exact spelling and words you would like embroidered using upper and lower case appropriately. If you choose to have your Name embroidered, it will be positioned on the opposite chest from the logo. If you choose to have your Department embroidered, it will be positioned just below the logo.
